Dr Mazyar Danesh is a specialist Pain Management Physician who takes a holistic, contemporary and patient-centred approach in assisting clients with chronic pain. He brings together patient education, functional restoration, interventional pain procedures and neuromodulation, so that each patient’s care is tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Dr Danesh holds specialist qualifications in both Pain Management and Anaesthesia. He is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) and of its Faculty of Pain Medicine (FFPMANZCA), and a member of the World Institute of Pain (WIP) and the International Neuromodulation Society (INS).

He has practised in both public and private hospitals and clinics for almost thirty years, and is currently the Medical Director of the Multidisciplinary Sydney Pain Centre (MDSPC).
Dr Danesh completed his medical degree at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 2003, and speaks English, Farsi, Azerbaijani and Turkish.
